Jerry, a Chicago native, was formerly the Executive Chef for the Skyline Club at the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, and the chef for the Belo Mansion in Dallas for six years. Jerry previously manufactured his line of frozen gourmet soup for corporate retail stores. He is a former owner of a bistro restaurant and has provided his culinary skills for 900 Bank One employees for 3 years. Jerry has prepared executive dinners for the Mobay Corporation, the Mayor of Dallas, former NFL coach Mike Ditka, Paramount Pictures and more!
Chef Jerry continues to dazzle clients with his culinary theme buffets and class demonstrations by using his artistic ambiance appeal that people can't wait to taste. His vision as a chef is to invite the public to see, chat and taste a well prepared array of flavorful ethnic foods.
