One of our faithful members, Jerry Hollis, is an Executive Chef and is interested in serving local churches for a Sunday lunch or dinner, a fund raiser or church-wide fellowship. Jerry heads up our Downtown Outreach. He prepares food for ministers to give to the homeless twice a month. He also prepares dinner for the Ronald McDonald House monthly. Jerry Hollis was a member in good standing with the Texas Chefs Association and it's affiliate, the American Culinary Federation for the years 1988, 1989, 1990. During this time, Chef Hollis participated in many of the chapter functions which range from culinary education to charity and community service. Jerry Hollis of Your Private Chef has provided food services for our Bank One Processing Center in Bedford, Texas for the last three years. The quality of his food and service has been satisfactory to our 900+ employees working on three shifts. Effective June 1, 1999, Bank One will begin contracting our food services to National companies that can serve Bank One in several states. This is the reason that Your Private Chef will no longer serve our Bedford facility. It would be our recommendation that anyone needing a provider of food services consider Jerry Hollis.
